The Idea

Prevention, not rescue.

Clinical therapy is too heavy. A friend's opinion is too light. And both usually arrive after the damage is done.

The Experience Academy is a third space, real experts you can train with now, so whatever comes next finds you ready. Aimed to walk away with results. The more you put in, the more you get out.

This October the founding group runs the pilot. It is free and limited to thirty people. The event is announced inside the Inner Circle between 1 and 15 September 2026.

How the founding pilot works

Enter the Inner Circle

The pilot lives inside the Inner Circle. There you can read who is joining, the industries they come from, and how each expert can help you. The event with the Zoom access is created there in October.

Ask two experts and your host

Two experts in leadership communication and human performance, plus me hosting. Bring the problem you are actually dealing with and ask any of us directly. The floor is yours, not ours.

Give honest feedback

The session is free. In return I ask for your honest feedback and, if you feel it deserves one, a testimonial. You shape what the Academy becomes.
